I advise States, multinational companies, investors, and international organisations on complex disputes across multiple jurisdictions. My background combines deep academic grounding, extensive practice experience, and high-level public-sector advisory work. I have acted in multi-million-dollar arbitrations and have been counsel in disputes involving energy projects, mining & extractives, public–private partnerships, transportation & infrastructure, construction claims, commercial joint ventures, investment treaty breaches, State defences under bilateral investment treaties. As Executive Director of the Africa Arbitration Academy, I lead one of the most influential arbitration capacity-building platforms on the continent, collaborating with ICSID, UNCITRAL, ICC, PCA, and leading global firms. I also serve as a Visiting Professor and researcher in international arbitration, international investment law, and comparative dispute resolution.
